- Is there a membership fee?
- There is no membership fee. You only pay for the services you use.
- How often do you have flights?
- We have flights from the U.S. 3x per week.
- How often you have sea freight?
- We have freight by sea twice per month
- When do customs fees apply?
- Customs fees are only charged on packages valuing $100 USD or higher.
- What are restricted items?
- Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash etc.
- I need help purchasing something online
- We can help you purchase items online and deliver them to your doorstep.
- How does sea freight work?
- Sea freight is ideal for shipping large or heavy items at a lower cost. To get started, request a quote via WhatsApp by sending us the item cost, dimensions, and a brief description. Once your quote is approved, we’ll send you the sea freight address and full shipping instructions. After that, you can ship your items to the address provided. Delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks from warehouse drop-off to arrival in Jamaica
