- All invoice requests must be submitted per our guidelines, providing accurate and complete information about the shipment.
- Customers have a 10-day storage grace period after notification of "Ready for pickup" status without incurring additional fees. Notifications will be sent via email, or Whatsapp to remind customers of their uncollected packages. A storage fee of 100 JMD will be charged daily for items not collected within the grace period. The fee will be applied per package and will be added to the total balance due at the time of collection. Uncollected packages will be stored for a maximum of 30 days after the grace period, subject to the application of the storage fee. The storage fee must be paid in full along with any other outstanding balances before the package can be released to the customer.
- Customers may request an extension to the grace period due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies or travel delays). Extensions are granted on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in advance by contacting Envio Courier Customer Support at 1-876-309-8004.
- Envío Courier Limited is not liable for any damage, loss, or delay caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or events beyond our control.
- It is strictly prohibited to ship hazardous materials, illegal substances, or any items that violate local, national or international regulations.
